嬉しかったこと。
タンザニアは今雨期です。ここ一週間は、雨に降り籠められ、周りに胃腸炎やマラリアの人も出て、市街地は冠水していると言うし、スワヒリ語も難しいし…と、気持ちも停滞気味でしたが、今日、母の日は久しぶりに晴れました。雨上がりにランニングしていると、家の前でサッカーしていた男の子が空を指差し、見ると、大きな虹が出ていました(*^o^*) 急いで夫を呼んで、一緒に見ました。いつかの約束が果たせて、嬉しかったです。次は、タボラ州に赴任したら、二重の虹を見たいものです。写真は虹と、アフリカのカタツムリその2です。

Rainbow after the rain.
We’ve had rain and stayed in the compound for this one week. And we even heard some sad news of infectious disease and flood in city center… But, today we got the Sun again in this Mother’s Day. Thank Lord. When I go out for exercise, a boy playing football pointed the sky. We’re astonished to see a big rainbow! I rushed back to home to call my husband to share this special moment. Because, when we engaged, we promised to see a rainbow in Tanzania together. I thank Marius for having me to see the rainbow. Thank God to let us keep the promise. Next, I hope we will see a double-rainbow in Tabora!
